During my career, I have been actively involved in residential real estate as a licensed agent and an appraiser.  I have appraised about 3,800 properties throughout Greater Boston, and Eastern Massachusetts. I concentrate on local real estate valuations daily, so I am familiar with the real estate markets of Greater Boston and the surrounding areas.
