 There's been some mixed theories about 2019's upcoming real estate market, but the Boston area especially seems to be on the up-and-up. With residential buildings popping up left and right, it's no surprise that it's drawing in the attention of potential buyers and renters. Just one example includes Fenway's Pierce Boston, which is nearly 100% sold out and over 90% leased in just 6 months.

31 Nights of Light 2018 - 10th Anniversary!

Not feeling the bar scene? Take a stroll through Boston and admire the Prudential Center. It will shine a light on Boston nonprofit organizations this holiday season. Each night of December, the top of Prudential Tower is lit a different color in support of that night's partner. 31 Nights of Light was created to help community organizations gain key visibility during the holiday season. Participating groups will "flip the switch" each night, with a host of musical performances and speakers each night.
